We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to join the ISI GROUP Corporate Communications team. Working closely with marketing & communications professionals, you will create diverse and engaging communications content, assets and collateral that communicate our messages, build brand awareness, and engage our target audiences. The ideal candidate for the role is creative, passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys taking on new challenges.

• Conceptualize and create compelling creative concepts, key visuals, and designs that are optimized for diverse digital and print media platforms. Key design work may include, but is not limited to, engaging social media content, premium corporate assets and collateral, POSM, logos, and more
• Bring fresh ideas and innovative design concepts that create unique and memorable visuals, while ensuring using a consistent design language across all projects to build a strong brand identity
• Adhere to ISI GROUP brand guidelines and support internal and external partner usage of them
• Update and refresh existing corporate assets, including our corporate profile, brand guidelines and more, to ensure we communicate our brands accurately
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications team and stakeholders to execute projects that deliver on department objectives
• Effectively incorporate feedback into design revisions to improve the final product
• Stay up to date on the latest local and international design trends, practices and technology to keep ISI GROUP design style fresh and appealing to our relevant target audiences
• Provide photography support at ISI GROUP and BU events and activities
• Some travel may be required

• Proven experience as a graphic designer and proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to design for digital and print formats and a strong understanding of platform/production requirements
• Experienced in branding/brand building and strong understanding of design principles
• Creative, innovative and excited to try new things
• Able to estimate required design time and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Ability to prioritize projects and be flexible based on team priorities
• Is detail oriented
• Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively
• Good command of English & Khmer
• Some photography experience
• Animation & videography experience is a plus

• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in design-related field or a relevant certificate is a bonus
